The Portal serves the purpose of providing general information and citizen support in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of Royal Decree 208/1996, of 9 February, regulating administrative information and citizen support services, and is of a purely informative nature and in no case may any binding legal effect be derived from it.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the portal, texts, graphics, images, its design and the intellectual property rights that may correspond to said content, as well as all trademarks, trade names or any other distinctive sign are the property of Attariat or their legitimate owners, with all rights reserved.
Any act of total or partial reproduction of the contents, in any form or medium (mechanical, electronic, reprographic or any other type), as well as any act of dissemination, public communication or distribution, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Attariat or its legitimate owners.
Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the method of making available, of all or part of the contents of this web portal for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the express authorization of Attariat, is expressly prohibited.

Access to the Attariat content portal and the use that may be made of the information it contains are the exclusive responsibility of the user. Attariat shall not be liable for any consequences, damage or harm that may arise from the use of this website or its contents, including computer damage and the introduction of viruses, with the exception of all those actions that result from the application of the legal provisions to which the strict exercise of its powers must be subject.
Attariat cannot guarantee that there will be no errors in the content of its pages. If any errors occur, Attariat will take the necessary steps to avoid errors and to repair or update them as quickly as possible.

Attariat reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, public order or security or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.
In any case, Attariat will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums or other participation tools that may be developed.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Attariat expressly prohibits the use of 'framing' or any other mechanism by third parties that alter the design, original configuration or content of its Portal.
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, Attariat undertakes to comply with its obligation of confidentiality with respect to personal data that may be requested through the services of this website, and to treat them confidentially.
