WHAT IS ATTARIAT?
We are a Concept Store that loves working with beautiful and different brands. Our DNA is the niche cosmetics. That's how we started in 2013, being a niche cosmetics store where most of our brands were organic and natural.
Beauty is still our DNA, but we wanted to incorporate other brands that are also part of our day-to-day. We want to share our pretty things. That's why PORSCHE is part of ATTARIAT , because we enjoy its accessories every day, both in our professional and personal lives.
In December 2024, our brand grew up with the launch of ATTARIAT BEAUTY BAGS, with a first collection of toiletry bags.
If you are looking for effective cosmetics to soothe and hydrate your skin, and fill your day-to-day life with beautiful things, ATTARIAT is your place.
WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF ATTARIAT?
ATTARIAT is the place to take care of your skin, the place to enjoy your beauty routine.
The beauty brands you can find here don't belong to multinationals, most of them have been founded by women and they do not advertise either. They are committed to formulations are as healthy as possible using natural and organic ingredients. And in addition to taking care of our skin, they also care about the environment, highlighting their commitment to sustainability.
ATTARIAT was born in Cádiz, but our inspiration comes from Morocco.
The Arab baths are a beauty ritual to cleanse and purify the body, and relax the mind. A visit to the Hammam is obligatory on important holidays and special events. When this ritual is over, ATTAR is used. This is a perfume made with natural oils that come from flowers. They are naturally distilled and 100% pure, free of alcohol and chemicals. They are sold in very small quantities as they are concentrated and their aroma is intense.
That's why we liked ATTARIAT, so that you can create your own Hammam at home to relax.
DO YOU INCLUDE SAMPLES WITH ORDERS?
Regardless of the value of the order, as long as we have availability, we will include a minimum of 4 samples.
Also, if your order is over €150, you will receive a travel-size product as a gift.
You have to keep in mind that not all brands offer them. Some of them do not manufacture them of their own free will. Their policy is not to waste more natural resources than necessary and to focus these resources on the production of their own products
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
PENINSULA
1.- FREE shipping costs for orders over €55.
2.-Shipping costs €7 for orders under €55.
Packages will be sent by courier and delivered to your home. Delivery time is 24/48 hours.
Online orders placed in Cádiz must be collected at our physical store. You only have to choose ATTARIAT as the carrier.
We are located at Gabriel Matute 4 – 11008 Cadiz.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
BALEARICS ISLAND
Packages will be sent by courier and delivered to your home. Delivery time is at least 72 hours, not including weekends or holidays.
1.- Shipping costs €15
EUROPE
Shipping costs are calculated once the shipping address (or billing address if they are the same) has been entered. You only have to indicate your country when filling in your personal details and the shipping costs will automatically appear.
1.- Shipping costs €19
Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
2.- Shipping costs €12
Portugal
Please note that ATTARIAT cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that may arise from customs or import taxes at destination. Unfortunately, we cannot know the costs of these, if any. We recommend that you consult your local authorities for more detailed information.

*Unfortunately we cannot offer shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
1.- We accept the return and/or exchange of a product no more than 14 calendar days have passed since receiving it.
2.- The products must not be opened and must be returned in their original packaging and with their seal. After 14 days and/or if they do not meet the requirements described above, we will not be responsible for any return or exchange.
3.- The money will be refunded except for the original shipping costs – €7
4.- If a product arrives defective or damaged, the claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
a) ATTARIAT will cover the return shipping costs provided that the return is due to the reasons described above in point 4.
b) If a product is defective and is returned for further inspection, but the product is ultimately not defective according to our subsequent analysis, the costs of returning the product to our warehouse and its subsequent delivery to the customer's address must be borned by the customer.
5.- SALE and OUTLET products cannot be exchanged or returned, but you can get them at a fantastic price, some even below their cost.

ARE YOU A SUSTAINABLE COMPANY?
At ATTARIAT we try to be as sustainable as possible. All the packaging material we use to protect your shipments and for filling is reused.
We have never purchased any filling material, but instead reuse the material we receive from our suppliers. That is why we do not exclude plastic in our shipments. We try to use as little as possible, but we also need your packages to be well packed and protected.
