Mask: Apply a thick layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work their magic. Remove with a damp cloth.

Exfoliant: Massage onto damp skin avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 5-15 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work their magic. Remove with a damp cloth using circular motions to activate exfoliation. Use 2-3 times per week for optimal results.

You may notice some redness after use due to the increased circulation and detoxification process. Don't worry, the redness should disappear after 15-20 minutes.
